Exchange/Refund and Return policy:

All goods are fully inspected before delivery

All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.

If stocks are found faulty after delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We have rights to reject or accept the exchange/refund if found products are not original defects from manufacturer(s), or by man-made reasons or deliberate damage of clothes, or any other reasons from customer(s) such as:

A FULL refund of the product will be returned to Customer(s) and credit into your next purchased order(s).When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.An admin fee of 4% is chargeable for Refund if payment was made via Paypal and free if payment made by cash or Canada bank Transfer

1. Applicable for refund/exchange:  

1a: Deliver the wrong products: Products are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered
1b: Products with prominent quality problems
1c: Returning deadline: Canadian buyers please return within 3 days / Overseas buyers please return within 1 week. Overdue returns/exchange will not be accepted
1d: Exchange or refund will not be processed if you returns the stock(s) to us without notice.


2. Not applicable for product returns:

2a: We do not accept subjective reasons for returns: (fabric not high-quality enough, not good looking, not as nice as expected, changing mind, do not like the color or print, color difference, not comfortable to wear, too transparent, too small/large,  ...)
2b: Products that are unpacked (without original tag or tag removed), worn, ajusted or washed
2c: Sales or Promotional items
2d: Damage due to not able to be stretched
2e: All extensions products are NOT refundable for hygiene reasons


Customer is responsible for shipping/Posting costs incurred for the accepted exchange / return item(s)

Due the limited number of each style of products, please follow the above product returning policy. We apologize for any inconvenience that may caused. 


Customer Responsibility & Typographical Errors

• We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions

• Fantastik Elle works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors

• By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information

• In the event that Fantastik Elle products are mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrected price
